When it started in the 80’s, the lending rates were too high and the company concentrated on small and medium scale lending facilities. The company packaged loans for manufacturing outfits like furniture, garment manufacturers, metal fabricators, container companies, drug manufacturers, agricultural and agri-based projects such as rice mills, poultry and livestock operations and agricultural crop production.
The company began its real estate presence in 1987 and has developed properties in various locations all over the country including Metro Manila, Laguna, Batangas and Tacloban City.
